ROTC programs originated from training future U.S. Military officers at middle schools, high schools, and colleges or universities throughout the United States. While some of the students join ROTC because they want a posting in the military, but few of them stop due to financial weakness. 1. Senior Military Colleges

3. Military Junior College (MJCs)
